INFORMATION
In the frames of the Project Supporting preventive-developmental needs of youth ‘’Creativity without frontiers’’ financed by European Union, conducted by AC ‘’Kokoro’’- Bor and the partners, there have been realized workshops developing skills of personal, social and emotional maturity necessary for improvement of partnership in the Local service Club. The participants of the workshops are Secondary school youth, up to 10 in a group according to Covid 19 protection measures. Moderators are professionals who attended 5-days training organized in the frames of the project on the topic important for adolescents.
During the activities youth attend a set of workshops, of various content which make an issue in relation to the age of the participants aim to develop more mature relationship, and recognize incorrect attitudes, inadequate expectations and behavior. They develop responsible behavior in emotional relationships, relations of mutual respect and self-esteem; They learn to exchange attention and feelings in partner relations, communication and empowerment for answers in a problem situation; How to recognize the influence and patterns of behavior that are carried from the primary family and transmitted in relation to others; They develop realistic expectations of love in accordance with their needs, improve their life skills: how to recognize in a relationship what they do not like, how to resist negative influence, recognize violence in a "toxic relationships" and possible ways of adequate approach in confronting and resolving. They develop communication skills and skills of expressing emotions in appropriate manner; they increase sensitivity to one's own and the needs of others in an open and authentic exchange of feelings and insight into one's own behavior. They express their own views instead of offering desirable answers "as it should be".
We work with youth according to an accredited programme with adequate information instead of misconceptions and expectations from the partnership with regard to different levels of information.
Better introducing to and developing relationships and "reconciling" in a relationship involves building mature and stable partnerships based on a good understanding of the partner, an open talk about themselves, needs and desires instead of irrational ideas and idealistic notions of love. Preventing and overcoming various difficulties that arise during the development of a partnership in the segments of communication, emotional connection, power relations ...
The activity includes psychosocial support aimed at improving partnerships, given that a satisfying partnership requires a lot (feelings, tenderness, good communication, relationships of respect, and trust, autonomy, commitment, satisfaction, mutual support, friendship, honesty, understanding, tolerance, fidelity, problem-solving skills) ...It is a deep friendship that implies mutual respect and enjoyment what makes a happy realtioship..
Next set of workshops is announced for 22. from 10 h
Workshops with parents are realized on Wednesday at 6 p.m. on increasing parental competences in respond to needs of their children and appropriate communication in problem situations.
